Exeter Pet Sitters Fun Dog Show for the Blue Cross July 24th 2011

Our big event of Summer 2011 was our Fun Dog Show which was a great success and a fun day out for dogs and owners alike! Our judge judged 15 classes and picked some wonderful winners, who all went home with goodie bags stuffed with dog food, treats, toys and much more, thanks to our generous sponsors and supporters. The ‘best-in-show’ engraved cup went to Silva the Malamute who won the ‘Prettiest bitch’ class and also ‘Dog the Judge would most like to take home’, and who was also a close contestant in the ‘Don’t eat the sausage!’ competition which caused much laughter. Our volunteers did a great job with the show Cafe, our stall holders provided interest for the owners, and the face painter and children’s games stalls kept the little ones entertained. We raised £250 for the Blue Cross and also raised awareness for them on the day, and we would like to thank everyone for attending and supporting us.
